The room was spotlessly clean, and the surroundings—close to the park and the prefectural office—were quiet and relaxing. Convenient pedestrian access through the tunnel made it easy to reach the Shinjuku Station area, and the limousine bus from the airport was a great advantage. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel."

"Service was very good, it was quiet. We had one of the larger rooms which was better as my daughter had the smaller one and we would have struggled for space. Having the washer/dryer was amazing and they provided laundry detergent aswell. Would stay in a Tokyu Stay hotel again."

"The staff were super nice and accommodating. They helped us set up arrangements to transport our luggage around, which helped us immensely. The location is a short walk away from the train station and 1 station away from the busy part of Shinjuku, or a 20-minute walk. They had plenty of amenities and a 24-hour 7/11, which was super convenient. The rooms are on the smaller side, which limited our space to move around once our suitcases were open, but did not affect the overall quality of our stay."
