"Excellent big house for a large group with 3 separate entertaining areas, a beautiful open plan kitchen and all amenities provided. The table tennis table went down very well with the children and big children alike. The only minor suggestion would be to provide more toilet roll but overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to other families looking for a modern clean getaway."

"The pod of screens to sign yourself in when you arrive is not very welcoming but staff very helpful and dealt with this. Decent size car park now chargeable all week (contra information in room which suggested Fri night to Sun are free - apparently out of date). Decennt breakfast sensibly priced if you scan the code in your room beforehand. Restaurant/room service stops by 9:30 which was inconveniently early. If you can avoid room 101 which is right by the lift shaft and noisy. Would stay here again."

"Our guests arrived after a 5 hour journey and they called the two contact numbers, one mobile was disconnected and the other rang out, the two email addresses also did not get any answers. The actual address is a new housing estate still closed off as a building site so we believe this property is a scam. If you look at the pictures there is no outside photos of the building and the two bathroom photos show different decoration and the toilet and sink are in different positions. Now we need to try and secure a refund for this booking and compensation for having to book another nearby hotel at very short notice for much more money, looking back at the reviews this does not appear to be the first time. You have been warned."

"Reception staff very welcoming and friendly. Accommodation comfortable and everything in the room worked properly. Car park was fairly full but space was available when arrived. Cooked breakfast was good, served hot and good value for money. Teas and coffees are at extra cost but overall still very competitively priced compared with chain hotels. A very enjoyable stay."

"The car park out front is tiny and open to shoppers so couldn't park without moving the outside tables to make space, check in took 30 mins and they asked to see my driving licience, never been asked that before in all the hotels I've stayed at, room was dirty and visable crumbs all over the floor, didn't mention it as when I booked I was told it was the last room available, didnt risk eating there so popped over to subway, 100% wont be going back there"
