"When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice man who booked us in explained everything and said there was someone on duty all night.. the room as clean the bathroom spotless the bed very comfy .. . Would def stay again good value for money"

"Stain on bed sheet, holes in the side of the plastic around bath, ceiling peeling, scaffold going up early in the morning on first and last day, only outside our room which we were not warned about. Not a fun wake up call. Food was overpriced for the quality, seemed only one young lad was actually working, clearly was overstressed. Pools ceiling has a hole in it, only had the lights on the bed dresser and a fake fire as light in the actual room. One light fitting had no bulbs in it. "

"I would not recommend this hotel. We were so uncomfortable we left after 15 minutes and checked into a premier inn in Cardiff which was miles better. Just avoid!"
