"The staff was excellent despite my late arrival due to closure of a junction on the M4. The room was excellent and bed comfortable. My only gripes are over the lack of clarity over parking charges when booking and the use of the EV charging points."

"Absolutely lovely stay. Big shout out to Bradley on reception - very clear, professional and helpful. We stayed in a twin room the night before Cardiff half marathon and used the pool and spa before dinner. Only thing we didn’t like is surely as an overnight guest they can include your parking!"

"No frills hotel that does the job. Only thing personally, was that the toilet was quite low for someone my height 6'-2". Other than that, it was convenient for our flight from Bristol airport as it situated right next to the M4."
