"It was a very nice hotel. Right in the mix of downtown. The staff were great from the front desk to house keeping. Would stay there again for sure."

The Oswego Hotel

"We had made a special request to have an east or south facing room and on a higher floor because we paid for the premium room which are on floors 7 to 9. We ended up being offered a room facing west on the eighth floor. It turned out to be quite difficult to get another room, but they ended up giving us one on the seventh floor facing south, which was good. We did feel like a second class citizen because we had gone through Expedia. They explained that they no longer offer another beverage to each person in the room, and they made a point of saying they are still honouring the free parking, but it felt like it was going to be ending soon."

"We had only 1 complaint... when I booked the property it said the room was wheelchair accessible but when we got there it was difficult to get the wheelchair over the lip of the door frame. Once in it was fine but you shouldn't claim to be accessible if you're not!"
