Haven Riviera Cancun - All Inclusive - Adults Only

"We had an amazing stay at Haven Riviera for our anniversary! We opted for a swim-out room and loved our little private section of pool. We booked our airport shuttle service to and from the resort directly through their website, and ultimately booked our excursion through that same company because they had a desk in the lobby. When you arrive, you get access to their web portal and are able to book dinner reservations and spa services. We ended up going with 60-minute, deep tissue massages (about 170 each, not including tip). We didn't specifically request a couple's massage, but they were able to accommodate us in the same room. You also get access to the Hydrotherapy portion of the spa with any spa service. We honestly thought the food was pretty good! We had read some reviews that it was only okay (like a lot of resort food), but to us, it just felt more like European dining than American. Smaller portion sizes, less sodium -- you can always ask for more and go for seconds (or thirds?) at the buffet. The staff was so welcoming and incredibly helpful with any request or question we had. We couldn't recommend Haven more!"

"As always such a great time, the party, the people and the vibe is like no other. The staff is very kind especially sergio our front desk host that always goes out of his way to make our stay memorable. The entertainment team knows just how to get the party started at all times in the hotel out favorite ones “mojitos” “bon bon” and all the rest as well are so good at their job. The servers at every restaurant and the buffet are always so attentive and kind people when attending to all your needs. Would definitely recommend temptation to anyone who likes to party."

"The swim up bars were great!! We loved the multiple pools and the hot tubs! The food was an 8/10. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only downside was there are a lot of steps when it comes to going down to the beach and two of the restaurants were closed due to construction during our trip. There also was a lot of seaweed on the beach. Other than that it was amazing!"
