Just a short train ride from London, this historic market town captivates with its cobbled High Street and imposing medieval castle. Catch a show at G Live or Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, then explore Guildford Cathedral's soaring spires and Loseley Park's Tudor mansion.
Booked the hotel when attending our son's graduation, wanted something out of town with a restaurant.
The hotel did not disappoint, as the hotel only has 5 rooms it has a nice friendly atmosphere, decor in the rooms is modern, the room was very spacious, excellent comfy bed and a very nice breakfast.
We also had an evening meal in the restaurant, which was very good and nice to try something different with the South African dishes.

My friend booked the Beatrice Cook (?) suite to get ready for her wedding. There was plenty of room for three bridesmaids, the bride, the photographer and make up artist. It had a lovely view, was pretty and spacious. The room was immaculate.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff were all so friendly.
I stayed in a cosy double (room 26) and whilst it wasn’t the largest, it was very comfortable, good facilities and had nice little touches. I would definitely visit the hotel again.

As usual, a great stay, had cosy room which is relatively small but cheaper and good enough for a business trip. staff excellent, breakfast good. Only minus is £15 to park overnight seems expensive.

Haven’t been to Aviator Hampshire for a number of years, but it was just as lovely as I remembered. Room, Sky Bar, Breakfast, Staff - all exceptional. Special mention to Will on the front desk and Poppy who was assisting with breakfast in the morning. I’d highly recommend and I plan to return in the near future. Thank you!

The Mitre is a great old hotel, with loads of character. The location is fantastic for all amenities and the staff are very attentive. We really enjoyed our stay.
