"We had a great time there! The garden and the pool are beautiful. In the outside you can feel really private, because the hole property is fenced in. Only one of the sleeping rooms is not as nice as the other two, it is dark and smells like an wet cellar."

"Pure tranquility with the constant burble of the trout stream. The house is quite someway up a mountain, down a dirt track and in a valley - not for the faint hearted. Pool relies on sun to heat and the temperature was still quite fresh in June. Great location for access to Florence, Pisa, Chianti wine region, and host of beautiful hilltop towns and villages. "We rented all three houses for 12 people, which worked very well. The grounds and the area are typically Tuscan, very charming and beautiful. The propertymanager is very helpful and available. The poolarea is particularly nice and the teenagers spent all day there :-) Nearby you’ll find Lucca, winetasting, hiking and many other activities. Highly recommendable."

"The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious and we never tired of the superlative views across the valley. Diego and his dad are lovely and always available when needed. If I was to suggest an improvement, it would be a little more kitchen equipment - there was no sharp knife for cooking, no collander, few wine glasses and an oven tray that didn’t fit the oven. "We had a very nice stay and overall this is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. We had two adults and and two 15 year old girls for 5 nights. The home is very charming with adequate bedroom and bathroom space. The outside spaces are nice, especially the covered eating area. "This is a fantastic place. The beauty of the property and surrounding mountains and valleys is stunning. Once there you almost don´t want to leave for any day trips. Usually pictures are better than the reality. This time it was the other way around. And the pics already were great. The pool on the property is golden. Really clean and nice. "Our group included 2 couples and two 24 year old daughters and this house was perfect for us. All the bedrooms were very spacious and had their own bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of hangers and shelves for our clothing.
