Entrance and private driveway, 2 covered parking spaces and 3 more in the large private square in front of the house also for large SUVs or minivans. The villa is surrounded by a big park, a very spacious covered veranda with outdoor fireplace, barbecue and grill, panoramic terraces equipped for dining and with a gazebo. An architectural staircase that follows the slope of the hill leads to the swimming pool area which is fully fenced. The swimming pool, all the villa and the entire property itself are private for the exclusive use of Villa Veranda guests. The owner has no longer lived in the building or property since 2021 15 meters long and 7 meters wide, almost 3 meters deep pool equipped with ladder, diving board, shower and changing room with 10 Comfortable sun loungers around it and also are there umbrellas, armchairs and a table for aperitifs - poolside snacks. Interior of the Villa in local style with lots of wood and Florentine terracotta. On the ground floor large living room overlooking the veranda with high ceilings and mezzanine. Completely renovated and from 2023 season greatly enlarged kitchen with 5 burners, 2 sinks, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher. On the ground floor there are also three double bedrooms one of which also has a single bed and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom . Two more bathrooms on the first floor. Downstairs the second livingroom with kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. 6 Double bedrooms, 1 Triple bedroom, 1 Single bedroom, in total of 7\. 3 bathrooms with shower 1 with shower in bathtub, 1 with bathtub only. 5 bathrooms in total. There was a short walk to the local shops and a short drive to the beach clubs and beautiful Pietrasanta. The pool is a fantastic feature and kept us cool in the heatwave! Our only grumble was that there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms which made the lounge kitchen etc unusable in the heat. I would give the location a 4 star review due to two small issues. There are many barking dogs at night in the neighborhood, and the streets are narrow to get up to villa. The house is on the top of a hill with splendid view over the city of Camaiore which is only few min drive and close to supermarket and restaurants. The house is spacious and the outside facilities as well. . We were 6 and were able to find everyone small spots to relax and reflect while others were enjoying activities. Not to mention the pool which is the highlight of the house surrounded with a garden with Lemon, Orange, Figs trees. We also had the occasion to have a delicious home made regional food diner cooked by Tatania whom we asked for the recipes :) Daniel the owner is always taking care and making sure all is good for you. Outside was just as good with several terraces for eating alfresco, or just chilling, in shade or sunshine. And the pool was the best bit of all - a good size, and just great for the youngsters in our group...and the oldsters too. The only minor issue we had was actually finding it on the first day, but that was more of a satnav issue than anything else - don't try to drive along the track in front of the villa - its really only a footpath. Het vakantiehuis is precies als op de foto's: vaak zijn de foto's heel gunstig genomen en is het echt toch een beetje anders, maar in dit geval niet. Het huis heeft een prachtig schoon en goed onderhouden zwembad en een terras waar je ook zelfs op een regenachtige dag heerlijk buiten kunt zijn. We zijn alleen binnen geweest om te slapen. Der Vermieter Daniele war immer rechtzeitig zur Stelle, so dass alles insgesamt sehr reibungslos funktionierte. Die Küche machte einen sehr gutren Eindruck, war wohl recht neu. Der Swimmingpool war super sauber und es hat Spass gemacht - trotz des frühjahrsbedingten Kälte, im Pool zu schwimmen. Das einige manko war, dass sowohl der Innen- wie auch der Aussenkamin nicht richtig funktioniertden, so dass wir mit elektrischen Heizküftern, die der Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt hat, "nachheizen" mussten. Auch zum Grillen waren die Kamine nicht geeignet, es gab aber einen fahrbaren weiteren Ausasengrill. Gesamteindruck: Tolles Objekt, kann ich auf jeden Fall - mit den o.g. kleinen Einschränkungen - empfehlen. ##### Hans S. Unsere Highlights waren der Pool und die großzügige Terrasse mit tollem Weitblick. Wir wurden sehr nett von Manager Daniele empfangen und er war vor und während unseres Aufenthalts immer schnell und zuverlässig erreichbar. Wir haben die Villa genau wie auf den Fotos vorgefunden. Die Innenausstattung in der Hauptwohnung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber da wir uns hauptsächlich draußen aufgehalten haben war dies für uns nicht schlimm. Mankos waren aus unserer Sicht die sehr kleine Küche und die Geräusch- und Rauchbelastung aus der Nachbarschaft. Lautes Hundegebell und fast tägliche stark rauchende Feuer machten entspanntes Ausschlafen (insb. bei offenem Fenster) meist nicht möglich.
