"Planned this trip with my two siblings and my sister in law and we are so happy we chose Massimo’s Villa! Massimo is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to accommodate us on a very late arrival time due to some airline delays. We should have arrived at 3pm but due to delays and being rerouted through Rome we did not arrive until 1am. "The property is located just steps to the tower and cathedral of Pisa. The rooftop view from this hotel is breathtaking! I spent my birthday there and the service staff brought our dessert with a candle😊 It can be a bit noisy if your room is street side as the restaurants close very late and there is lots of foot traffic in the square but you are in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this hotel."
