"The unit was the perfect size and we sat out on our porch to eat listening to the waves. Julien responded by phone right after we booked and then we communicated by WhatsApp. He also arranged the car rental for us. Junior picked us up at the airport and brought us back. He reviewed our map with us and made great suggestions that met our interests. Ste Anne and Ste Francois are close by and had many interests. Thank you so much. "

"A notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau. Interrogé, le réceptionniste nous a dit que cela faisait trois semaines. Il a dit que si on voulait se laver, on n'avait qu'à le faire dans la piscine. Puis ils nous a donner un pack d'eau. Nous donner un hôtel où il n'y a pas d'eau pour l'hygiène, c'est une honte. "Hotel was lovely, generally. Staff very friendly and hardworking Locality beautiful Breakfast lovely Evening buffet - food often luke warm Negatives Queues too long at beach bar - up to 30 minutes for a drink- desperately needs more staff as they were rushed off their feet. Reception needs a map of the area- had no idea that we could walk to other beaches from hotel until last day. (we had not hired a car) Not told we could do activities independently by reception. eg. We wanted to go whale watching - this is only available on a Sunday and were 'put off' doing it individually as it was 'so far away'. Turns out you can do in next town. Hotel really quiet one night - turns out there was a band in the next hotel - no information about this Toilet paper needs a hold in room bathrooms as sitting on the sink it gets splashed by taps - just a small thing!"
