"Nice place, clean and friendly"

"Hotel itself was very nice and clean, with great amenities. The only issue we had was that it was very loud in the interior. Poor sound proofing between rooms. We could hear people talking in the rooms around us and in the hallway quite clearly at just normal conversation level. Ear plugs may be necessary. Great close convenience to EWR for early morning departures."

"This was a really great experience until a massive leak through the ceiling caused water to pour into our room non-stop and they were unable to fix it. This was on my WEDDING night as well. It damaged some of my personal items including electronics and I have sent multiple emails and left several messages for the GM and have yet to hear back so unfortunately almost a week later so I will not be staying here again. I know accidents happen and some things are beyond the control of the hotel and can just be bad luck - but the handling of the situation and lack of communication since then to compensate for the damage is just ruining the experience even more."
