Very well situated and great nice sleep. No issues experienced at all

Very comfortable, clean, spacious & convenient for the AO Arena. It was so nice to be able to have the spa facilities, made it a luxurious stay.

Brilliant location, reasonable price and enjoyable decor. Room service dinner was also great from Pip.

We booked this hotel for is proximity to the arena. It’s about as close as you can get so location was perfect. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I would book again.

Overall good

Parking was the only problem would been nice to know to book parking with discount code before you get there but apart from that everything was nice

This is a beautiful hotel. And is right near the middle of the city centre. I went here after a theatre show and it was so close. So many options around here for food and drink as well as shopping. Transport is also super easy. Although thisbhotel is a little on the expensive side, it is a really great ppace to stay

Nice clean and modern hotel. Good location for the conference centre

Always a clean hotel, great staff and incredible vibes

Great stay - lovely hotel and good value.

It was clean and modern plenty of seating to relax in. The bar was available for coffee, drinks and snacks. Near the train station and the rooms were clean. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast which was continental catered for all tastes vegan if required. All in all a most pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely go again.

It was a great place to stay, the rooms were all really clean, the bed was one of the comfiest I've slept and i would recommend it anyone who asks. The staff were all really nice and helped us when we needed anything.

Lovely rooms

Super twin room, beds super comfy and cosy. Shower large and efficient and the bonus of a good all you could eat brekkie. Would suggest shopping around for parking though as found a much cheaper car park than the suggested one. Half the price of the hotels preferred car park and just a 4 minute stroll.

This appears to be five star in every way, great bar and restaurant, excellent breakfast. Rooms are elegant and spacious. Staff could not do enough for us, they were all very well trained and offered excellent customer service. Fantastic modern beautiful hotel.
