As it is an old hotel and I was on the first floor you can hear every door banging late into the night, people talking, WCs flushing so I hardly slept with the noises most of the night

A Wonderful Family Stay We had a fantastic stay at the Treehouse Hotel in Manchester and cannot recommend it enough! We booked a family room for three, and it was the perfect base for our trip to celebrate my son’s graduation at Chetham’s. We absolutely loved the theme and playful decor—it brings such a unique, vibrant, and nostalgic energy to the city centre. Every corner has so much character. A few highlights Comfort: The beds were exceptionally comfortable, we all got a brilliant night's sleep. Attention to Detail: From the clever design elements to the thoughtful amenities (filter water on every floor) , it’s clear a lot of care goes into the guest experience. Great Family Space: The room for three was well-appointed, functional, and felt incredibly welcoming. The staff were wonderful, the vibe was spot on, and we will absolutely be coming back again. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and memorable stay in the centre of Manchester, this is it!

Good, well located, well priced

Stayed for one night for the University of Manchester open day. The hotel was in a great location - half way between the city centre and the university. No hotel car park but the Euro Park car park was 3 mins walk away and the hotel gets a discount (£17 for 24 hours parking) so ideal. The staff were super helpful on check in, room was clean and quiet, bar area looked nice (although we didn't use the bar) and there is a gym. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were lovely & so welcoming, they were always happy to help.
