"The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code...
"Beautiful place with great access to the park and the beach. Lovely rooms, very nicely presented and cosy and comfortable. Host left lovely touches like dog treats and blankets and ice in the freezer. Perfect for a trip to take the dogs to have some fun. Highly recommend!"
"Amazing value for money. Accomodation is basic, but very clean, and had everything you needed. It was just 2 streets back from the seafront, near the Britania Pier. Cannot recommend it enough for a few cheap nights away :-)"
"Although technically a studio, the property felt spacious. It is well equipped with a comfortable bed. Winterton-On-Sea at Xmas was something of a leap into the unknown for us. The beaches were the preserve of the seal population, but it was a privilege to see the seals and a pleasure to walk on the dunes and coastal paths. The beach and village facilities are within easy walking distance. The convenience store has friendly owners and long opening hours, the pub serves a nice pint, and the fish...
"We had a lovely stay in a friendly village with lots of things to do and places to eat nearby. The cottage was perfect and had everything you could want. "
"There aren't really any minus points here at all. One small one for me was my disability so the sofa area was a bit low for me but this place (and I'm always reluctant to let everyone know when I find a diamond place to stay) was otherwise perfect. Obviously big enough for a family of four as the second bedroom has bunk beds . Nice little bit of front patio and table and outside table and chairs already there for you. Used to holiday in this area as a kid and there's enough arcades with walking...

All the little additions that make a great b&b are considered and make the stay special. The breakfast is good value and the service is really attentive and aimed to give you a great experience. The information they provide is also helpful but they could do with up dating some of the restaurant reccomendations which were in some cases overly optimistic in the presentation! Fab stay would thoroughly reccomend.

We had a WONDEFUL stay. I have to admit, when we arrived, we were not at all sure, but within a short period of time, it became very apparent that we had made a good choice. The room was spacious, air-conditioned and a huge bed, very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant most evenings, save one (which was a terrible mistake, btw), but he next evening we were back at the Balcony Restaurant, where the service & food were impeccable. The room was clean the location is great. Wouldn’t recommend getting a room at the front if you have children it might be a bit noisy early hours of the morning. The room was lovely fantastic view comfy bed think it would have been nice if the windows were slightly cleaner but it wasn’t a massive problem. The Golden Mile is Great Yarmouth's main entertainment strip. You'll find a concentration of arcades, family-friendly entertainment venues, and some pubs and bars that stay open later. It's particularly busy in the summer months, with many places offering live entertainment aimed at a general audience.
For a more traditional pub experience, the town centre has a selection of establishments. These are generally older pubs, some with historical features, offering a range of beers and spirits. You'll find these dotted along the main streets and side alleys, with some hosting occasional live music or quiz nights.
The marina area has a few modern bars and restaurants that transition into evening venues. These often have a slightly more contemporary feel than the town centre pubs, with some offering cocktails and a selection of international drinks.
