"We always stop here on our travels from and back to stansted airport. Over the years the breakfast has declined in choice in the hot (no mushrooms, tomatoes or fried eggs) I fully understand this is a cutback and less work for the staff. I did ask if I could have a poached egg the answer was a clear “NO” The staff waiting on in the dining room were friendly and very efficient. The room we stopped in had been refurbished and was spotless. The cleaners doing an excellent job. Apart from my personal request with breakfast an excellent choir of a hotel. It meets most of your needs when travelling."

"Staff was fantastic. Room had no air conditioning and was hot. Food was terrible in the restaurant. This is only for breakfast as that was all we ate there and it was pretty much terrible. The wait staff couldn’t even get the order correct and we had to keep asking. Loraine on the hotel staff was excellent!"

"Staff were slow to help and wasn’t great at communication to help us with our queries. Only one pillow each given, bathroom didn’t seem too clean, was really hot even with a fan in the room. The shuttle bus was expensive. I would say I’d only recommend it you’re gonna be arrive late to the hotel and leaving early in morning for flight but then again the transport to the airport is expensive. I’d say if premier Inn isn’t too much more then stay there instead"

"Booked this hotel for the sauna, steam and jacuzzi all of which are broken. 1st room I got put in was extremely loud, and dated. 2nd room I got put in was equally as bad, carpet was stained, iron burn on the carpet, a desk without a chair and some unusual stain on the wall. I've stayed in better hostels not what I expect of a room costing over £100."
