"Patrick's place in Graz Old Town had pretty much all you would need for a home-away-from-home stay; the grocery store was also just around the corner. This was a very quiet place despite of the road work on the street where the apartment is. The new double-glass windows are very efficient for blocking sound from outside and also the other inhabitants were very quiet. The code-key lock was great!"

Die Wohnung hat 3 geräumige Schlafzimmer und einen wunderschönen Aufenthaltsbereich mit einer halb offenen Küche. Die Erholung kam hier ganz von selbst und mit dem Garten konnten wir auch die ersten frühlingshaften Tage noch mal mehr genießen! Gerne wieder!!"

The flat is a great size, plenty of room for everyone! The rooms are spacious and open and the beds were super comfortable. The owners were easily available and answered any questions we had, overall great stay!"

"We stayed for a week. The Green flat was spacious but did not have a full kitchen. However it was comfortable, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The bedroom layout could have been changed to allow for bedside tables. Access and parking was good, as was the location; close to public transport. There is also a bakery/coffee shop in the same building. There was a problem on our last day when we were locked out of the flat for an hour. However, overall an enjoyable stay."

"We met the host on the first day and never saw her again. On the second to last day of our stay, we lost internet signal. That was the day that we needed it the most. I wanted to check-in to our flight for the following day and we had to run back and forth to the shopping mall to complete out transactions. We never saw our host again. I received an e-mail to let us know to leave the keys in the mail slot. The area we stayed in was also a bit sketchy. we were told that it was quiet at night...not...

"Meine Frau und ich haben den Urlaub in Graz auch wegen der angenehmen und gut gelegenen Wohnung sehr genossen. Wir konnten von der Wohnung sehr gut das Stadtzentrum erreichen und die Haltestelle der Strassenbahn war auch nicht weit. Geparkt haben wir unser Auto im Parkhaus am Lendplatz. Kostet 15 € für 24 H. Die anderen Parkhäuser das Doppelte. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder nach Graz und in die Wohnung !!!"

"The building is old and a bit shabby but the apartment is bright and in good condition. The kitchen door to the balcony could use a curtain for privacy. Parking is a problem. From 0900 to 2000, the entire district turns into a "short-park zone," necessitating the purchase of parking tickets that must be displayed on the dashboard and allow a maximum of three hours parking. It is expensive and a hassle and the parking police regularly patrol, looking for offenders. The University is just down the...
