"Walkable from Canada Place. Front Desk staff is so nice to let us early check in. Room is clean and spacious. Higher floor has better views. Hope you could provide more towels at swimming pool and sauna room. There was no towel inside sauna and swimming pool when I was there, no staff on that floor, I need to go back to my room to get one."

"I LOVED the sulfate and paraben free hair products! The bidet and heated toilet seat was a nice surprise. Great room/location. A little noisy at night. Quite a few homeless/druggies around. No bottled water provided in room. Not a lot of restaurants nearby. Overall, a good stay."

"The customers Service was excellence, friendly and helpful the moment you walked in. The room was clean the area was quiet. The area was nice to walk, there was a store nearby to pickup things you needed. Restaurants was a little walk away but it allowed yoi to see the area. They are in renovation but its clean. What i didn't like was there was no ice machine on the floor you had to go to the lobby. Be it's a nice place."
