Stayed over Easter weekend. Arrived Friday night and was greeted by one of the owners, Bonnie. We have a double room, well sized with lots of storage. Bed was soft and good for a few nights with been uncomfortable. Ensuite was good as well and the showers hot. All rooms look to come with a TV (limited to ITV and C4 channels only) and welcome book with the WiFi information (good for streaming) Breakfast has to be preordered by 7pm he day before, good range of hot food on selection...

Stunning view of the bay. Lovely spacious room with quirky bathroom. Enjoyed our stay. Outside of the building could do with a lick of paint.

Fantastic view over Morecambe Bay. Lovely clean bedding and comfy bed. Great to have kitchenette to make food and a nice sized fridge. Don’t be put off by the downstairs exterior as once you’re in it’s all fine. Great value for money & dog friendly. It was a bit noisy as the fair was there and a firework display but assuming this isn’t the usual.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of Windermere and very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. It was within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and other attractions, which made it really accessible and convenient during our stay.

Great base, quiet, homely, close to shops and amazing view. The property was just the riht size for the three of us. Easy parking for small to moderate car.

We have been staying at the cottage for a number of years. Perfect location. This year the property wasn't very clean as I would expect. Wish have bath sheets and not a small bath towel. But worth staying at the property or Heather cottage. I believe owned by same owners
