"This vacation we stayed at 3 of the Gran Melia Hotels, 2 in Madrid and 1 in Barcelona. By far the Hotel Casa Fuster was the best!! The service was impeccable, which made our stay more comfortable and welcoming. From the moment we arrived Alexis brought up our luggage and made sure we were comfortable and assisted us throughout the trip providing great service and recommendations!! Thank you Alexis !! He is a valuable employee at the Hotel!! Another team member that I want to acknowledge is Danka. Her vast knowledge and information at the front desk was invaluable and greatly appreciated! Her assistance in reservations for dinners or events as well as her warm smile and personality made our stay more comfortable. The terrace bar has a spectacular view and an appealing ambiance. Yovanny provided excellent service and made sure we were welcomed each time we arrived. We are very happy we stayed at this hotel and hope to visit again soon!! "

"This was a nice place to stay in Barcelona. There is lots of shopping and dining close. Casa Batllo is fairly close (10 minutes) where we did a tour. The metro is about a 5 minute walk but depends on which line you need. It was a good property and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast is convenient especially cause spanish breakfast is not that early."
