The room was extremely small and had no view of the city whatsoever. I requested the room with a balcony but only got a small Juliet balcony. The hallways were so narrow that we had to go one at a time and the other had to wait while we open the door each time. The hotel was clean but not as high end as it looked in the photos. It was very quiet neighborhood so good for those that appreciate that but overall I would take a generic hotel over this any day of the week. The vibration sound created by the plumbing at about 20 sec interval. It is a very subtle sound, it bother me but not my wife. It took me an extra 5 min to fell into sleep. Two of my daughters said it is the 2nd best hotel they ever had. They rate Shargrilla the top.
