"Overnight stay was as expected but the evening meal was disappointing in that only part of the meal arrived. After asking 20 minutes later, a cold burger and cold chips arrived. "A really impressive building - we’ve passed by before and always hoped to stay here. The building is quirky and has so much going for it… probably several £££ million to bring it up to 4* standards, but the staff were super friendly and the room we were assigned was brilliant and had lovely views over the port. Also accommodated for our dog which was really appreciated. The restaurant served a great dinner too and the Scottish breakfast gave us a cracking start on our onward journey. Thank you !"
