"We enjoyed our stay here, the spa was a nice experience and the location of the hotel is great. It’s close to the Main Street, lots of great restaurants near it, and the train station is a short walk away. "
"We stayed at Phoenix Hotel for two nights. It’s conveniently positioned but in a very quiet area. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable.
The staff were v friendly and a highlight was the breakfast which was fresh and generous!

"We were only in for 1 night but the hotel looked amazing! Lovely indoor/outside pool, good breakfast, very comy bed and great shower. The location was perfect only a 5 min walk from the railway station and perfect for exploring this fantastic area. We will definitely return soon and spend longer at this hotel in beautiful Zermatt. The hotel offered fantastic wellness options including massage etc. "
