This is a very good choice for ski season. We even can saw the Matterhorn every morning breakfast time from the hotel. The service is good. Free pick up and drop off from/to the station by booking is great and necessary as it’s a bit far from the station. Only downside is that the staff are not flexible with requests and we felt are too rigid with rules. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the baths were a great way to relax and unwind. The free shuttle to and from the train station was a great help. I found the way some of the female staff at the front desk spoke to me intimidating.
