"The Corn Store was just as the pictures showed. It’s a pretty Cottage in a peaceful location with many local amenities. We only had a few days but felt we had seen and done a lot. The cottage itself was very comfortable, the dining area sat five of us around the kitchen table and there were plenty of comfy chairs in the sitting area for after supper. We used the garden table on the back terrace for tea one day and it was a real sun trap. The bathroom to bedroom ratio was excellent and all beds...

"Really enjoyed our time at the Little Cow House. Starting with the very warm welcome from our lovely hosts and delicious welcoming homemade cake. The house is very nicely furnished, immaculately clean and very well equipped, and is warm and cosy; you can hear the river rushing in the valley below and the rooms have lovely views of trees and fields. Would like to come back and visit again in the summer to really make the mot of the great walks and sights in the area."

"Beautiful house. Lovely bedrooms. Great space in the lounges. Fabulous space for kids to play in the garden.The water supply stopped at least once a day...told possibly air in the system pumping from the well. Kitchen had no storage for food that we bought ; fridges were lacking several shelves and all the door storage in the big fridge was removed. We had to wash all the mugs and some cutlery before use. Oven door didn't close properly on the one oven that worked properly, as the seal was...
