"Felt a bit miss-sold, a 2 bedroom apartment which is basically a 1 bedroom, and a bed in a hallway.
Hotel also didn’t give us the code, so we couldn’t get in, so spent an hour stood outside without a way of getting in. Fortunately some other guests arrived and let us in, or we’d have been out there all night….! "

"We were really impressed with the apartment and communication from start to finish.
The information sent beforehand was thorough and clear, including photos which was helpful in finding the check in place and the apartment itself. The staff on the messages were also incredibly helpful and friendly.
The apartment itself is in a huge block and the location is ideal for getting to the Quays and other key locations in Manchester. It is on a busy road so a little noisy but this didn’t bother us....
