Staff can't do enough for you, so helpful and cheerful. Very feel good place to stay. Comfortable and feels safe even when travelling alone. Good dining choices even for breakfast. A happy place. Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

The staff are so welcoming and the property is amazing. The garden is lovely and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Special shoutout for Moamen who was very helpful and welcoming to us. Thank you

Friendly & warm welcome - first class service - very clean throughout, comfortable beds and quiet for such a central Mayfair position.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Great service and super clean

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Really kind and welcoming staff, lovely hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay at the Holmes hotel where a lot of thought has clearlt gone into quirky details and Sherlock Holmes themed decor.We particularly appreciated the nice touch of the sherlock holmes books for our two boys.

Greaqt room and good service with excellent staff

Great staff. We mentined it was our anniversary on arrival at 1am (in passing) and next day returned to find a free bottle of champagne and signed card. A really nice touch. Staff were really helpful and friendly and hotel was really great quality. A fantastic place.
