We loved everything about the place and its location. Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, beautiful view and very clean. Staff were very friendly.

Very clean cabin with a great bed and showers. Main disadvantage is how far you have to drive to get to any amenities. Management could be a little more cordial, but not everyone is a talker. Overall, great stay for the price!

Very Nice Cabin Resort
Rented multiple cabins for our group which worked out very well. Cabins were very clean and both two bedroom cabins had washer/dryer, dishwasher and hot tub in the units. The cabins were well equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The pool, basketball/tennis court and fitness center were great!! Would highly recommend the resort to anyone. The only downside to our stay was that the property does recommend you do a personal cabin inventory check when you checkin with a pre-printed list of all items in the cabin. This for the most part just provides UNNECESSARY stress to the customer that is there to escape stress and enjoy a vacation. Without the inventory check this property would be EXCELLENT!!!! This property is very close to Gatlinbury (approximately 10 miles) and close to Smokey National Park entrance. Very nice location, we will be back for sure!!!

Great, clean "cabin" for our family!
We wanted to stay out of the craziness that is Gatlinburg, but we also wanted to be close enough to still enjoy the activities of the area. We enjoyed our stay at White Oak! We rented a two-bedroom cabin. The view of the mountains was gorgeous, and the cabin was clean. Check-in was easy. We had plenty of room for our family of five. My kids enjoyed the pool. My only complaint would be the hot tub. The water smelled and the porch was full of spider webs, but I realize the webs are just a part of the wooded area that was right behind us. We would definitely stay again without a doubt!

Thank you for the wonderful review! You are correct about the spider webs and being that close to the Smokey Mountain National Park, we will always have the occasional spider web. I will follow up with the resort about the water smell of the hot tub. We drain and refill the hot tub after every guest checks out, so we will address it. Thank you again!

Very clean and private!! Bed was comfy as well. We only had 1 minor hiccup; Our cabin wasn't ready on time however that gave us time to look around.

Great cabin.
Clean and spacious cabin in Gatlinburg. Pool table and hot tub were fun. Really neat salt water pool with fountains and changing lights. We were very happy here and could have stayed longer.

Love the cabin, loved the area, didn't love the check in process. Didnt get a check in code since we booked through travelocity so it took about 15 minutes to call and find the right person to get into our cabin, we arrived on a Saturday at 4:30, then had to wait until Monday morning to check in officially. Didn't love the fact that you get a few rolls of toilet paper and then you need to purchase your own? Thought that was strange, especially for a full weeks stay with 5 people. Not a huge deal, just something nice to know in advance. Those are small things, the cabin was great, the area was great, the pool was great! Close enough to Gatlinburg to be convenient!

Nice cabins near gatlinburg
We loved the cabin, however staff not so much. When we checked in, the office was closed. We checked in on a Sunday so I had to call the emergency number to get my room keys. Check out was the same way! I was told to leave my keys on top of the lock box. I really didn't feel comfortable with this, because anyone could have grabbed those and I could potentially be charged a huge fee. Other than this, we had a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing time. The cabin was very clean and very spacious. The pictures do not serve the cabin justice. We will definitely return in the future. It has everything you need. Supermarket is within ten miles and about 20 miles from downtown gatlinburg

Perfect Holiday!!
Had a great time over this weekend when we(2 families with a kid) stayed at White Oak Lodge and Resort!! Its picture perfect 2BR/2BA cabin and most of the photos don't justify what one experiences there in White Oak. If one is looking for a tech free space this cabin experience cannot disappoint you. But if you still want to be connected via wifi while you are at vacation this is not the place. Wifi is almost invisible. But since it wasn't of any importance to us...i wouldn't negate any points!!

The perfect family cabin experience
We absolutely loved this cabin. It was very clean and included everything we needed for our stay. Popcorn, crackers, one pack of coffee, soap, other toilletries, makeup removers and plently of towels. They had huge baths and showers. It was so nice. We would go back in a heartbeat. The only problem we had was that the front office was only open from 10 -6. We didn't realize that but they were very friendly and helped up out even though we were late for our arrival.

My family fell in love with the cabin as soon as we walked in the door. Two bedrooms with a game loft upstairs. The 10 min drive from Gatlinburg was quite nice. It was quiet at the resort and if we needed anything all you have to do is call. Will stay there on our next trip.

Perfect family get a way
We absolutely loved this place! The price was great for our family to escape and be able to enjoy the town also. We were close enough to downtown to be able to go enjoy all the holiday festivities and far enough to be out of all the hustle and bustle of the crowds. The cabins were amazingly beautiful, peaceful, and extremely clean. The rooms were huge which made it so nice for the kids to have space to run around and play. I would definitely recommend this place to others for a great vacation.

These cabins were very beautiful and well planned out. We made a Thanksgiving feast and had everything we needed to cook the meal except a couple bowls but other wise it was a fully supplied kitchen. The beds were comfy and there was an air mattress that came in handy. The setting was really pretty and it wasn't too far from the real world. The hot tub was ice cold and took over a day to warm up but then it was nice and toasty. The TV's were a bit small but we didn't spend much time watching TV and the internet was spotty. All in all it was a wonderful get away and I will return in the future.

We were there to go the Smokies. The cabin was new and especially nice. The hot tub worked very well. It was 20 minutes or so to town, so we spent more time getting out to eat and to the Park than we would have preferred.
