Quick responses from owner and nice to have check-up message once we checked in to make sure property met our expectations.
Location is between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge which made it convenient to travel around the area.
We stayed during Jeep Invasion. Quiet area on a nice back road. Cozy little cabin with most everything we needed. Just 30 minutes from town. I’m definitely saving this location for future use.
My husband and I went on a quick getaway for an early anniversary. Everything was very clean and exactly as pictured. Heather was very nice and reached out during our stay to make sure everything was up to par. The cabin was secluded. Make sure to follow the cabin signs/road signs. We greatly enjoyed our stay!
This was a great little cabin for a couple days of exploring the national park! Easy check-in, pictures accurately represent the property, nice to have a fridge and good WiFi. I wish there was more furniture on the screened-in porch, but that’s a pretty minor inconvenience. Everything else was great and I’d stay there again!
This was a great place for my fiancé and myself. Location was close to downtown Gatlinburg but was somewhat difficult to find in the dark. Name of cabin was not easy to identify after dark.
Stained sheets, clumps of dust hanging from the walls and ceiling. On the second night we found mice and more than one. Ended up leaving my husband and I’s honeymoon a night early.
right price and right location. very close to Gatlinburg. hot tube was nice. very wooded. i've seen people complain about animals against this host. if you don't like wild animals, don't go to the woods! if you need a quite get away and wanna be away from others but still have people close for safety, this is the place!! lots of little shops around. love it!! (one recommendation... paint the lettering white on the cabin name and it will be easier to find). thank you H!!!

Would be nice with a few fixes
Upon arriving my girlfriend sat on the bed (which was comfortable) and took off her shoes. In the short three step walk to the restroom she stepped in rat feces and dirt (the rest of the cabin was very clean). The floor did not appear to have been swept, all though it may have been as we realized that night there were rats living in the cabin. Around 3AM the first night we were awoken by rats moving throughout the ducts and the floor. This was a replay the second night of our stay. We were also disappointed to find absolutely NO furniture on the porch- while in the overview of the property it highlights being able to ‘unwind and relax’ on the porch. I’m not sure how this is possible with no furniture and small rodents running about. I think if these two issues could be resolved it would be a nice place, but it was simply not worth the money I paid to stay here and very disappointing as we couldn’t sleep with the noise from the rodents.
My wife and I enjoy a quiet cabin in the woods and this one delivered for our week-long stay. Our favorite items were the really hot water (much appreciated after a day of hiking) and the fireplace (but bring your own lighter).
Upon arrival, we did find water pooled in front on the fridge. The owner's rep was VERY responsive and showed up almost immediately and quickly returned with a mini-fridge in case the leaking continued or it didn't stay cold (which it did). We also asked for a couple more items the next day (extra blanket and a baking/cookie sheet, for example) and he delivered.
In spite of his responsiveness, I've got to limit this rating to 4 stars because of the minimal items in the kitchen. If you plan on eating out a lot, then this won't be a problem and you'll have a 5 star experience. However, a lack of basics like a cutting board, a second dish towel, a mixing bowl, measuring cups/spoons, a colander, serving utensils, and even a can opener had us improvising. There are literally two dinner plates, two small plates, two bowls, two glasses and mugs, two dinner and salad forks, two knives, two spoons, a couple of sharp knives, two small pots, a small frying pan, a pizza cutter, and a coffee maker. Again, if this is all you'll need, then you won't have a problem. Otherwise, you'll want to add these missing items to your packing list.
Thanks to previous guests' reviews, we did take extra pillows as well as a couple of folding camp chairs for the porch. As noted in the listing, the well water is fine for bathing and washing dishes, but you'll want to bring your own water for drinking and cooking.

Very nice, clean and quiet little cabin. Just the right size for us.
We used this cabin as just a place to come back to after a day of exploring. It was just what we were looking for. My only complaint is they only provide two wash towels for two people over a 4 day period.
We had a wonderful time relaxing, reading at the cabin between shopping times and the BigShot AAU basketball games at the Rockytop Sports Center (only 10 minutes drive from cabin. We stayed at same cabin last year.
The cabin was amazing! Only downside was that it was a little farther off a drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg than we thought. But other than that everything was perfect!
It was all so easy. Arriving on Christmas Day wasn’t available anywhere. Everything was clean and ready for us. Directions were emailed and very easy to follow.
