  • Welcome to Legacy at the Summit, a fourth-floor retreat at Summit Manor in downtown Gatlinburg. Enjoy mountain scenery from two private balconies, listen to LeConte Creek, and walk to nearby shops, restaurants and attractions.

    REST AND RECHARGE
    The primary bedroom features a king bed, a 43-inch Roku smart TV and its own balcony. The ensuite has a jetted tub, oversized walk-in shower and granite double vanity, with Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner and body wash plus bath salts.

    The second bedroom offers two queen beds and a 43-inch Roku smart TV. A second full bathroom also includes Paul Mitchell toiletries.

    MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME
    Prepare meals in the full-size kitchen with appliances, cookware, granite countertops, and both Keurig and traditional coffee makers. Enjoy the mountain setting from either balcony, or catch your favorite show on the balcony smart TV.

    A washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are provided, along with starter laundry pods. The condo is on the fourth floor, accessible by elevator or stairs.

    WALKABLE GATLINBURG
    Leave your car in the private parking lot while exploring downtown. The Ober Mountain tram station is across the street from Summit Manor, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance is nearby. Ask Cathy and Glen about concierge services and local activities, including pontoon rentals on Douglas Lake.

    SEASONAL POOL AND HOT TUB
    Enjoy the shared heated pool and hot tub when open seasonally. Please bring your own pool towels.

    IMPORTANT STAY INFORMATION
    The unit has an exterior security camera. Tampering with the security camera, smoke detectors, or fire extinguishers will result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

    Please buy travel Insurance, as we do not refund for weather, power outages, etc. No chargebacks or refunds on fees or amenity breakdowns.

The location was ideal, with convenient access to everything I needed while still being peaceful and quiet. I slept wonderfully each night and genuinely looked forward to coming back after a day out. Great stay and within walking distance to everything on the main stripvery clean and updated property with comfortable beds and furniturewe loved that it was so close to the Smokie Mountain entrance and was an excellent home base for this especially if you want to experience Gatlinburg.

Great experience!

We really enjoyed staying here! Perfect location to all of Gatlinburg attractions! We walked every where and drove a very short drive to ober! Glen and cathy were very responsive and easy to work with! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Extremely clean and convenient!

Quick family trip before our daughter leaves for college. The property was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Condo was far enough off the parkway to be quiet but close enough to walk to dinner, shopping etc. Would definitely stay here if we return to the area!

Legacy at the Summit

Excellent rental on the Gatlinburg strip! The entire condo is spotless and updated with adordable mountain decor throughout. Both rooms have comfortable beds and there is a nice mountain view from the balcony. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition. Our family can't wait to return and will definitely book again!

Beautiful Condo

I have stayed at many locations in Gatlinburg & this by far was the best location & one of the most beautiful condos I have stayed in. My family (all women) were in love with this condo & will definitely stay here again! Would recommend to everyone!

Great place to stay

Had a wonderful long weekend with family. Condo is easy access to Calhouns village, Ober mountain, and Howard's (use the elevator by the pool). Short walk to all the shops and restaurants in Gatlinburg. Condo was immaculate clean and had everything we needed. Loved the balconies. Will stay here next time and recommend to anyone! Thank you!

Great Vacation

The host was great to work with and very responsive. Beautiful views of town and the mountains from the balcony. Condo is spacious and comfortable. Was a lot quieter than I was expecting for being in town. Loved being able to walk downtown. Having the convenience of everything right there was great. Will definitely book again!

The pictures on VRBO do not do this property justice. It is awesome! Plenty of room in the living room, the kitchen and both bedrooms! The bathrooms are designed perfectly with plenty of room and privacy. The view from the balconies face other properties, but you still get a view of the mountains. This property is right downtown and just a short walk to stores and restaurants. We liked it so much, we said it was move-in ready. Cleanliness is a must for us and this property got all A!

Wonderful

We throughly enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg. The condo was beautifully decorated with comfortable bed and couches which is not always the case in rentals. Location great for walking to downtown. We only moved our vehicle when we went to Pigeon Forge. Owners were very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend this unit for your next stay in Gatlinburg.

Don't miss this one!

What a gem! Easy parking, plenty of room to relax and everything was in amazing shape! The interior was absolutely top shelf. When we first arrived, we were early for check in so we parked and went out to the strip, which is within a short walk. Once we returned to the property, we were greeted by a clean, huge space with everything we needed and more. I had a question about an amenity, and the hosts Cathy and Glen were so quick to respond and went above and beyond for us. The weekend was so much better for having chosen this spot, easy to move around when driving and even easier when a walk to the main attractions was the order of the day. Pool downstairs, fast elevator and a walkway to the Parkway (saves the hill!), what more can you ask for? The only thing I regret is going through a third-party to book. Go straight to the owner Cathy and book directly. She is an incredible host, has a beautiful condo, and they are very attentive to your needs. I have nothing but great reviews on the condo and the property owners.

Great location for the lodging cost. Great location for dining and shopping and exploring the national park. Cleanest condo we have stayed in. Only downfall currently is walking the driveway to get to the parkway.
