Excellent place to stoy in all respects but a little far away from the centre of town

Room was bigger than we expected with a great bathroom. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. No air conditioning in the room but luckily it’s not too hot yet. The hotel is in a quiet area which feels safe but still near to the beach and easy walk to central and old Nice. Less than 5 minutes walk to a main metro stop. Staff were friendly and polite. Would recommend and would happily stay here again

Beautiful hotel, fabulous bedroom, great shower and toiletries and amazing breakfast. Staff both on reception and breakfast room were so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in an ideal spot, a short walk to the tram station, seafront and restaurants.

Located a short walk from the beach and restaurants, on a busy main road so there is traffic noise but it is in heart of the City so not unexpected. Room was spacious, clean with fresh towels and bedding each day. Aircon was efficient. While there was a kettle with tea and coffee only one breakfast tea and fruit tea replenished each day, would have been nice to have a couple more. We stayed here for 5 days and found it good value for a short break in Nice. It is close to a street of shops and restaurants that then leads on to the Old Town. The staff of this hotel are all helpful, friendly and they speak excellent English. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed and an efficient shower. The room was clean & spacious and had air conditioning. The breakfast was versatile combining with hot food, cereals and fruits. The staff were all exceptional making our stay enjoyable.

Fantastic stay. We were kindly upgraded by the staff to a more comfortable room as we were travelling with 2 babies. Very clean, fantastic location, breakfast was excellent. Staff were all extremely polite and friendly. Literally cannot fault the hotel, would absolutely stay here again

Hotel was in an excellent position, just a block back from Promenade des Anglais, near a couple of decent restaurants on the front and less than a mile from the old town. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with storing the luggage, advising honestly about places to go and how to get there. Breakfast (extra cost) was what we needed - cereals, cold meat and cheese, boiled eggs, some fruit and croissants etc. There's a supermarket over the road for anything else you need. Fantastic experience staying at the Palais Saleya Apartment & Suite, with friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for 10 days, family of 3. Location is superb with access to many amenities - easy access to food, shopping and beach. Easy access from the airport either via public bus or via taxi. Have stayed in other hotels along the Nice Promenade and have thoroughly enjoyed a change to staying in a well equipped apartment instead. Highly recommended for the more adventurous !

Such a great hotel in the centre of Nice, only 5 mins from the train station and about 5-10 min walk to the promenade. Your right next to a beautiful church and so close to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and attentive, helping with anything possible. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable, they change the towels and soaps every day. Overall amazing stay, at a great price.

Nice is lively and bursting with personality and this Hotel provides a great location for exploring it all. You are walking distance from the vibrant Promenade and Beach. (5 mins) Equally good for the station where we took a day trip to Monaco during our stay. The atmospheric Old Town is a little further but still only about a 10 minute walk away. Perfect location, spacious rooms, very clean and lovely staff

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Location is very central. Only a few minutes walk from the tram station and from there only twenty minutes to Terminal 1 at the airport.

Clean and good air conditioning. Great location. Quiet. Nice staff. Use of beach umbrellas and rented the beach towels. We enjoyed our stay. No fuss, all good. :)
