"Hidden gem in Menton with beautiful garden & terrace. We enjoyed our stay and the outdoor swimming-pool was warmer than expected. Friendly staff and clean room, but the extremely small. The outdoor table could not be used because it was always dirty. The cleaning crew probably stopped cleaning it because there was a pigeon hiding on the roof ....ohterwise, we enjoyed our stay in Menton. Very convenient to beaches and restaurants and we were lucky to be there on an evening with live music (although short!). The breakfast buffet and area was great."

"Lovely two night stay. The garden area was wonderful for an evening cocktail and to enjoy breakfast. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff was very nice. It’s a bit of a walk from the main beaches and old town, but very quiet and convenient to the train station."

"This is an intimate hotel in Menton, run by warm and friendly people. It more than met our requirements for a one night stay as it is perfectly located for access to the railway station. Our room was well cleaned and quiet at night. Two things worth considering are the location being a bit of a walk from the historic ramparts if staying for multiple nights, and the fact that the reception is not manned overnight"

"This is a lovely hotel and the best Best Western I’ve EVER stayed in. If you have the budget, I would definitely recommend getting a sea view room though. My “mountain view” was at ground level and basically overlooked the street. That said, it was IMMACULATELY clean and new and very comfortable despite being quite small. Good breakfast. The location is a bit of a schlepp to old town Menton and the old port. It’s actually more Roquebrune-cap-martin than Menton TBH. A very good hotel though!"

"Very welcoming staff.Lovely bright clean room. Gorgeous views from balcony (4th floor) Spa balcony lovely to sit out early evening. Well situated to wander along beach front. Not very far from Old Town for evening walks. We didn’t book breakfast but little bar downstairs was lovely to come back to on the evening."
