Loved the location and the fact there was parking. The staff were excellent from start to finish. In particular the Italian guy who helped us with our luggage and valet parked the car. We felt safe in the area and breakfast was great.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. OK location. The pool should get some attention (more places under the shade) and the restaurant needs working toilet, more efficient kitchen and some air condition. Delicious food, though!

Our second stay at Villa Genesis was just as wonderful as the first, and we honestly can’t recommend it highly enough. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment you arrive, you feel genuinely cared for. Every member of the team goes above and beyond to make your stay special. A very special thank you to Daniel, who looked after us so wonderfully this year and last year. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth are a big reason why we love coming back. We also had the pleasure of dining at the new restaurant opposite, Regina, and it was absolutely outstanding. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and our host Marco made the evening unforgettable. He was funny, friendly, attentive, and so easy to chat with—it felt like dining with an old friend while receiving first-class service. Villa Genesis is one of those rare places that combines beautiful accommodation with truly exceptional hospitality. We are already looking forward to returning again. Thank you to everyone for another unforgettable stay!

Nice, clean and beautiful hotel with great rooms and perfect pool area. Not the service of a luxury hotel and our room was a bit too warm - but overall a nice experience at a price was worth it.
