It was in extremely poor condition – dirty, damaged, worn down, and with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It felt neither safe nor comfortable to stay. The reception was closed and completely unreachable. We contacted Hotels.com, who handled our booking, and they also tried to reach the property but received no response. We checked out at 8:30 PM and left the key in the drop box. We then booked another hotel to continue our stay. Due to the unacceptable state of the room and the complete lack of support or communication, we cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone with even basic expectations of cleanliness, comfort, or service.
