The family room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with complimentary toiletries that were especially appreciated as we’d forgotten ours at home. "Overnight stay for euro tunnel which was perfect as 20 mins away. However, hotel going through a much needed refurb. Room was okay but the bed was softer than a marshmallow. Food was good though in restaurant and the girl serving was extremely polite and lovely."
