This period is ideal for enjoying the town's main attraction, the Pink Sea (El Salar de Galerazamba), as the vibrant colour is usually at its most intense due to the higher salinity and sun exposure. The lack of rain also means clearer skies for stargazing, which can be quite spectacular away from city lights. For those looking to avoid larger crowds while still enjoying good weather, visiting in late April or early May can be a good option. The dry season is winding down, but the weather remains excellent, and you might find it a bit quieter before the start of the rainy season.
