"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Regina! The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the Kawaguchiko area. The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices, and definitely a highlight of our mornings. Our room was comfortable, and the private balcony facing Mt. Fuji was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to such an incredible view was truly unforgettable. Overall, Hotel Regina exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kawaguchiko, especially if you want a relaxing stay with beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. We would definitely stay here again!"

"very traditional setting, staff were very friendly and accommodating. to us westerners, our room had a strong fish smell which turned out to be new tatami mats. they were willing to change our rooms to ensure we had a restful sleep. included traditional breakfast and dinner was a fantastic experience. the staff are so so friendly and respectful. what we wish we had known before booking - people with tattoos are not permitted in the public onsen. This was not clearly listed in the description.."

"I quite enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The building is new and very clean. The staff were quite helpful throughout my time there. I’d recommend staying here for sure. It is a little further away from the town on the other side of the lake, so be prepared to take taxis and/or buses."
