The staff were so incredibly kind and welcoming to us. Our room had a breathtaking view of Mt Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. We slept very well on the futons that were prepared on our tatami mats. When we left, the staff gave us several gifts to take home with us. Also, we really appreciated the shuttle to and from Kawaguchiko Station. Le onsen est agréable. Par contre le lieu est trop touristique et du coup cela perd de la magie de vivre une vraie expérience relaxante : accueil et service efficaces mais rapide.
