The local area was beautiful and quiet. Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. Right next to the famous FujiQ amusement park as well as dozens of beautiful Onsen with great views of Fuji!! The site of the villas itself was unique with fun camping vibes! The only negative was the check-in and check-out process. We never received the check-in information email, so didn’t have the code to enter the check-in area. We had to get our Japanese friend to call the check-in staff to provide the code. After we finally got into the check-in area, the check-in process was very long, having to enter everything in there. If there was better communication earlier, we could have provided this information earlier to ease with the check-in process.
