The only negative was the check-in and check-out process. We never received the check-in information email, so didn’t have the code to enter the check-in area. We had to get our Japanese friend to call the check-in staff to provide the code. After we finally got into the check-in area, the check-in process was very long, having to enter everything in there. If there was better communication earlier, we could have provided this information earlier to ease with the check-in process.
