"We had a great stay in Alexander Pike’s one bedroom flat in Cowes. The property could not have been situated any better. It was in downtown Cowes on the pedestrian zone. The grocery store and bus stop were directly across the street from the flat. The walk from the ferry was one minute. The apartment was spotless. The appointments were perfect. Everything we could have wanted was provided. We definitely will stay here again when we return to the Isle of Wight."

"We loved the flat: it was decorated and equipped to a high standard but the high point was sitting on the terrace every evening watching the house martins flying above the garden catching insects on the wing at dusk and then watching small bats doing the same thing as night fell. A very peaceful and restorative holiday home. Label the cutlery draw - it took two of us 3 searches of the kitchen to find it because it fits so seemlessly into the utensils draw!"

"The apartment was as warm as toast with lovely sea views but they would have been better if the hedges had been tidier, there hadn't been a For Sale Sign board the double-glazed windows hadn't blown and the front garden was a terrible mess. The car park at the rear is creepy at night and an utter disgrace, litter, dog mess, storage facilites that are accessed all times of the day and night. "One of The attendant, saved me and gave me a room for 5 people at no extra cost so I could stay together with my children as at the website was not available and I had to pay for 2 rooms. The bedroom floor was very dirty, and it was very hot because there was no AC, but they do provide a fan. I had to clean the room myself because cleaning is done after 3 days of stay and since I have children, it's difficult to go more than a day without cleaning the room. Breakfast buffet was ok. Cheap sausages...also the coffee made from the machine have an awful taste and seems to be made with instant coffee..I had to buy proper coffee from beans outside. Overall good for the price."

"Stayed in the superior family room. Whilst the main double bed was very comfortable. The 2 small single pull out beds her diabolical. Both children don’t sleep at all so all has to try and sleep in the main bed. Which was very tricky. The room was drab and outdated. The shampoo/shower gel bottles are very difficult to use. The toilet didn’t flush very well. No TV channels. You had to sign into the apps using your own details. So remember to sign out again when you leave. The pool was much smaller than on the photos. The pool was very nice and warm tho. The outside veranda was lovely. The music playing was very sad and emotional. The food was okay. Nothing to write home about. But nice. Breakfast was lovely. Loved the pancake machine. There are lots of people using the Spa facilities so playing in the pool can be awkward at times. Overall. It’s an okay stay. I would stay again. But in a better room"
