Excellent rooms and facilities. Great selection breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the restaurant service was very poor and mistakes made to order, slow to bring drinks and food to table. I would recommend going into Rome City for food instead. Otherwise great place to stay, great facilities.

It’s simply a gorgeous hotel. An old, historic former convent but tastefully renovated without losing its charm and character. It’s quiet but not so far removed from the buzzing area of Trasteverde. The reception staff are wonderful and faultless. The breakfast staff might be a little more aware of who is present. Every time I got up to get something extra my table was cleared. Just home from a lovely stay here and was very pleased we chose it. Location is absolutely brilliant, every one of the main tourist attractions is an easy walk away, or you can get on the hop on/hop off buses that are plentiful. The hotel itself is located on a quieter side road so you don’t get a lot of the traffic noise associated with being in a big built up city. The hotel is on a great location, very near Termini station. It is modern, clean and luxurious. The breakfast was amazing and very tasty. Staff is friendly and will help you with any enquiry or question.

Great area for food lovers. We walked everywhere great restaurants. Hotel very good, clean large bedroom quiet at night outside. Fab shower and toileteries. Staff very helpful and friendly. Slow checkin but no fault of the one receptionist who was trying to answer calls, compensated for the wait! Rooftop bar brill but too cold on our visit. Bars within a couple of minutes walk. Fabulous stay in apartment full of character and history right in the heart of Rome . Boutique hotel rooms looked amazing , apartment we stayed in was quirky , full of character and an excellent choice for those that want to self cater a bit . The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Rome Metro and about 25 minutes walk to the Colosseo. The rooms are modern and clean with fresh towels supplied every day. The showers are powerful, soap and shampoo is supplied. If hair is your thang bring your own hair dryer as the wall mounted one is not very powerful. The breakfast is basic but perfect for any Rome explorer. The staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. There is air conditioning in the rooms and fast free wifi.

This is a very stylish hotel in the Ghetto part of the Centro Storico in Rome. As it is next to the Synagogue and the Jewish schools security is very tight and taxis etc have to drop you off outside the security cordon about 100m from the hotel. Very well located for walking to sights in the Centro Storico such as the Pantheon, but also a 10-15 minute walk to the Captilone Hill and the Forum. The breakfasts are wonderful. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Massimo.

I booked the solo room as a base to explore the city and was expecting a basic room but was pleasantly surprised by the size and also the attention to detail int he decor. It was a beautiful room and very comfortable. I was visiting in August when a lot is closed and also got great recommendations from the staff. I would 100% recommend this hotel as a base for your Roman holiday

Plush hotel - excellent staff - metro station 5 minutes walk away was unfortunately closed for refurbishment. Cycle path / walkway alongside metro line is great for early morning run. HOWEVER, the area near the hotel & Rome in general is very scruffy with lots of rubbish strewn on verges & graffiti everywhere. It appears that there is a huge lack of civic pride. This is in such a contrast to the fabulous & iconic buildings. If you can accept the rubbish & graffiti, it's well worth a visit...

Fabulous staff and best gym ever. We had a lovely break. The breakfast and staff were phenomenal.
