Very happy overall. My only complaint really is that it would have been nice to have coffee and paper goods replenished during my stay. Had to ask for additional toilet paper (which was supplied by the front desk) and coffee (which was not supplied).
The breakfast was excellent. Friendly and helpful front desk team.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and in great repair. The floor could've used a better cleaning but everything else was spotless. Great pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. The couple pieces of gym equipment are in the lobby which is a little awkward and the washer/dryer is very expensive but nice to have if you need them. Reception staff not particularly welcoming or friendly but that's okay I suppose.
The staff were excellent overall, with the exception of one gentleman working the 6:30 AM shift on Monday, September 7, 2026. Unfortunately, he was very unhelpful and had an obnoxious attitude. The experience was frustrating enough that I seriously considered finding another hotel, but I decided to wait until the shift changed—and I’m glad I did.
A staff member named Zaineb completely turned my experience around. She was extremely helpful, welcoming, and handled everything with a smile and grace. Her professionalism and attitude made my stay much more pleasant.
Kudos to management for hiring someone like Zaineb. She is a great representative of the hotel and the kind of employee guests remember.
Nice room with a lot of space. Decent price. I liked the staff at the front desk who were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Cleanliness
The room was spacious, and relatively comfortable. What was not disclosed is that it’s located next to a club, which blasted music through the night even up to 6:30am. What a shame and that’s why it’s so hard giving this place 2 stars.
Clean modern room. Has a kitchenette but aside from basic plates, mugs and cutlery, is missing pots and pans. In a location that is quiet, but also note there’s not much located around hotel for restaurants but we used the app Wolt and ordered delicious food from “Persian Restaurant” (twice, it was so good!) and had it delivered to hotel.
I loved the apartment features in the rooms. Though we were missing any type of cooking utensils like a pot or forks and knives. But the beds were comfortable and clean and the modern style of the rooms was welcoming.
Stay away from this hotel, not posiible yo get normal rest there. For 10 days 6 timeas fire alarm rise and fire trucks comes.
Nothing hot on breakfast, you and the near superstore, coffee is terrifying.
The room are huge, comfortable bed, big size tv, has kitchen inside
If you want to rest...in this hotel is not possible, has a big issue with fire alarm sys, for 10days firetrucks come 6 times:(
The room are huge, clean and has a comfortable bed, every 4th days cleanning the room(for this money is a robbery).
Breakfast is terrible, nothing warm, only boiled egg, you felling like shoping in supermarket. The hotel kitchen is still in progress??

A new hotel that is still getting all the amenities up and running in the shared areas, but I cannot recommend this hotel more. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast that’s offered are a variety of meats, cheeses, breads, juices, tea or coffee, cereals, fruits and veggies and yogurt. More breakfast options will be added when the kitchen is fully operational too. It was nice to not think about where to eat in the morning and just get something to start the day. Located behind the Holiday Inn express, it is secluded from the street and fenced in so it is very safe. You do have to walk a bit to get to downtown, but if you go along the waterfront, it is a very pleasant walk. I went to New Old Town square very easily - a tourist hotspot - within a 30 minute walk. There are many restaurants, shopping and grocery stores a short walk up over the bridge to the main road as well. Definitely a place to stay at for the explorer or savvy backpacker. There are bus stops right out front too. If I am back in Frankfurt, I’ll be staying here again!
