I arrived and was placed in a smoking room. I asked to move to a nonsmoking room, and the reception staff said that while they were available, smoking rules are not enforced at the property every room is essentially a smoking room. The smell of smoke is strong everywhere in the hotel. One morning when I was attempting to leave for the day, the receptionist had stepped away from the desk and had locked the front door, locking all the guests in the hotel until they returned.
