Unpretentious budget hotel
Basic and unpretentious, cost effective hotel. It's clean and warm, and surprisingly spacious for the price. Not really near the main touristy area of Frankfurt but easily accessible with tram or U-banh

Short family 2 night stay
Short family stay for 2 nights for the NFL game, very nice small room with own bathroom and separate WC, quiet rooms. Very nice cold buffet breakfast including gluten free options for 2 of our party

This is a budget hotel with minimal amenities which is fine with one night stay. The check in was quick and seamless. Additional request was fulfilled without any problem.

Budget stay
The rooms were very large and clean. The area was walkable to Cafe and restaurants. I did not know budget meant really hard beds, and awful pillows. I don't think the AC was working never did figure it out. If looking for city stay it is good for a quick few hours of sleep. I would not recommend for a longer stay for comfort.

The room was very small. The shower was very small too. There was smoke smell on the floor we lived . The air conditioning didn’t work at night. It was hot my family and I couldn’t go to bed. mosquitoes bitten us all night. I personally do not recommend this place. Regards Asif

Great value for the price in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Parking is easy in the public parking (but quite safe) underground of the hotel. It's 15€/day which is on par in the area. Staff was really nice and the room big enough. Not much privacy in the bathroom but not too much noise in the hotel, maybe we were lucky it didn't seem full. Good dining options around and downtown is about 40mn walk.

Entrance hard to find
The hotel’s address corresponds to another business. Spent 20 minutes with full luggage in the sun trying to contact A passerby finally told me the hotel is actually on a side street. Clerk told us that it was not a problem because taxi drivers know where the hotel is. WRONG! Taxi driver left us in the wrong place! Ibis sign at the wrong address is 8 feet tall, at the side street, about one foot tall😡

Clean, quiet, good wifi, close to public transportation, easy check in & out. Had a nice short stay here, iron available. Only complaint is even with the key in place, the a/c felt like it never turned on.

A great value
A spartan but very clean hotel near the city center with access to tram line and free street parking. If what you seek is a clean, comfortable sleep and can do without the fancy frills,this is your hotel. A great value.

Great hotel, amazing location
Service and location were amazing, and the hotel was super clean. The foom design was a disaster. The room was large but so sparsely furnished that it was an echo chamber. There's insufficient desk and counter space for a laptop or other personal belongings. Having a kettle in the room would help too. Can't say enough good things about the staff ... they were amazing!

Great location. Lovely riverside walk into main Frankfurt/ Romer in 45 mins. Area felt safe. Hotel staff very helpful. Rooms are basic but had what you needed.

Easy check-in and check-out. Bigger room than most competitors in its price range. However, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable (super rigid), the room had only one relatively small towel, and the windows are not very well isolated.

Perfect room for our 24 hour stay in Frankfurt. The room was basic but had everything you need for an overnight stay. Easy to access public transport

We expect a certain basicness with Ibis Budget accommodations and were quite satisfied with most aspects of our stay, except for the following: Free Wi-Fi kept dropping and out - while I expected a slower speed, I would not expect a decrease in the quality of the actual service. The mattress was unusually hard. We have slept in 91 different beds in the past ten months travelling around Europe. This was the hardest bed by far. The checkout process was efficient.

Very clean and very basic hotel. Great for one night. The bed was confortable. The pillows are terrible but very quiet and safe area. The girl at the lobby was very friendly.

Must to stay place in Frankfurt.
This hotel has really really good service and specially General manager Mr. Greco is very serious about customer service. In my case, he has upgraded my room without any additional cost just because he wanted to make me feel better during my stay. This is what I call courtesy. 100% recommended hotel.

good safe location. one block away from Ostbahnhof U-bahn station. Simple room with a good quality TV. Bed and breakfast are OK. Shower is separated from bathroom. not much privacy by using the shower if you are not a couple.
