Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit einigen wichtigen Infos zur besseren Orientierung in der Stadt empfangen und das Zimmer war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das W-Lan war stabil und der Fernseher im Zimmer angenehm groß. Besonders positiv waren die Steckdosen direkt am Bett, welche man in anderen Hotels oft vergebens sucht und das sehr saubere Bad mit einer Wanne, die sowohl das Duschen als auch das Baden ermöglichte. Shampoo und Duschgel waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Betten waren bequem, sodass man gut durchschlafen konnte. Einzig eines der Kissen war leider leicht verschmutzt aber ansonsten war die Sauberkeit wirklich überall gut. Absolut wunderbar war das reichhaltige Frühstück. Die Auswahl war riesig und alles war absolut frisch und schmackhaft. Die Highlights waren frisch gepresster Orangensaft und Spiegelei mit traumhaften Bacon. Auch das hoteleigene Restaurant mit Sportsbar bot uns qualitativ hochwertige Speisen und natürlich probierten wir auch den stadttypischen Apfelwein. Insgesamt ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und definitiv zu empfehlen!

Zimmer: sauber, gute Ausstattung, ausreichend groß Frühstück: mit 28 Euro pro Person teuer (Tipp: in der Nähe gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei) Personal: beim Check-In sehr freundlich, abends in der Bar nicht ganz serviceorientiert Umgebung: vor dem Hotel in Ordnung. Eine Straße (um die Ecke) weiter, eher „unsicher“ (obdachlose, betrunkene Menschen / mehrere Bordelle). Wir wurden abends dann kurz vor dem Hotel von einem Betrunkenen angesprochen, aber es kam seitens Hotel direkt ein männlicher Angestellter raus, um zu fragen, ob wir Hilfe benötigen und ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Breakfast was of a good standard self service buffet (I did not try the cook on request options) Sketchy neighbourhood between Hbf main train station and Hotel, recommend using another route (s bahn to Taunusanlage) or taxi particularly at night. Rooms would benefit from USB charging sockets, but staff did offer chargers which was helpful :)
