"Checked in for 1night as we travelled to attend a family funeral, upon entering the room the curtain was shut and the smell of mould of very overpowering. Opened the curtain to be greeted with alot of black mould all over the window the curtain and underneath the table, i spoke to staff on reception about this as my partner has chronic asthma and they moved us rooms very helpful. We moved rooms and went straight out to eat as we had been travelling all day, we went back to the room later on to notice this room also had mould in a broken window lock and a broken table, body hair left in shower! Spoke to the main desk again and they offered us a new ropm it was 11.30pm and we had to be up crack of dawn for a funeral! I saod no the room will do for 1 night as we were so tired, during the night it was so noisy people shouting. Spoke with the manager the next morning and was given a full refund as 2 rooms were disgusting. Staff were helpful but hotel is outdated and mouldy, pictures do not match reality it was like a place they house ex cons!"

"All you need in a hotel at a reasonable price near centre of city. Bedroom and bathroom were well-sized and comfortable. Parking was convenient. All staff were helpful and friendly - particularly Miguel at breakfast."

"The property is in need of a refurb as it is looking tired in places. Staff were helpful and polite. Outside seating was insuficient on this sunny weekend. Cooked breakfast was good but the continental (cheese & ham etc) was woefully poor. In the light of recent events the security was bad, entry to the rooms via lift and stairs was not controlled in any way so anyone could walk in off the street and have access. Location, location, location is the big plus for this hotel all in all a very enjoyable stay."

"Lovely cottage located in a lovely area. Lovely welcome from the owners. Loved kicking back in the hot tub while watching the rabbits and wildlife run around. Only downside was the cleanliness was abit slack in places (cobwebs)"

"Stayed in this accommodation for 4 weeks whilst we had some improvements made to our home. Extremely happy with our stay at Fox Cottage and the hosts were wonderful.Thank you for an amazing stay - couldn't have asked for more.Julie"

"Lovely. This cottage suited our needs and was in a quiet village. Our favourite beaches for walking with the dog were within easy reach as were other dog walking areas. A huge plus was the dog friendly pub. The weather was so nice we were able to sit outside and eat good pub food. The village had acpuple of cafes, a bakers, grocery stores and a couple of takeaways. We were very happy there."
