"I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. My new Gloucester hotel stop off when travelling

"What a great find. Just needed an overnight near the motorway for travel purposes. Lovely place. On check in I mentioned I would be leaving before breakfast and the staff said they would have a breakfast bag ready for me when I left (without me even asking). Sure enough it was ready for me when I left at 5.30am next morning. Room was more like a small suite. Also used room service during the stay which was great "
