"So, I appreciate that this is a “budget” hotel (although I felt the £107 per night price wasn’t overly budget!) but my room basically consisted of nothing but a bed, a shower, toilet and tv. The bed and pillows were really hard, which left me with a sore back and neck, there was literally NOWHERE to sit apart from the bed, no kettle or anything in the room, including even water.. I did see some fridges with cold drinks in reception, but £2.75 for a can of Fanta? Ridiculous. Yes it was convenient for the venue I was attending for a wedding, but would I go there again? Certainly not at that price!"

"The hotel was amazing we had and amazing room however a fridge in the rooms would be a great addition. The spa was so relaxing and a great addition to our stay great facility’s as well and staff was amazing and so accommodating too would highly recommend and would stay there again "

"Only one small problem - no iron in the room - only a garment steamer was available which did not take out the wrinkles in my clothes. Plus no operating instructions were with it."

"Breakfast was limited as not enough fresh fruits on offer and yoghurts could improve. Doesn’t sell Guinness at the bar either . Parking too expensive"

"Staff were lovely and helpful. Evening entertainment was brilliant and a great laugh with bingo and Brian Harris. Breakfast was good and parking as well. Pool lets itself down as there were swimming lessons going on and badly behaved children with a loud swimming teacher. Not at all relaxing and uncomfortable with parents sitting around watching "

"The property does not have air conditioning, there are no phones in the rooms so if you have an issue or need something, you have to see someone at the desk. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. The beds were hard."
