"I enjoyed my room. It was a little loud the last night. The guy that checked me in could have been a little friendlier. Make sure you thoroughly read the website. I thought I had a room where I had a balcony. I am handicapped and I could have used a handicap bathroom and a balcony too! We had to pay a daily fee to park which I didn’t see on the website. Overall my stay was Good!"

"The only thing that was good about this Hotel is the fact that it was on the beach and had a nice view from the balcony. The only reason that we actually stayed the night without going to another hotel is when I pulled the covers back off of the mattresses they were fairly new mattresses, and I did not see amy bugs. It was probably the most rundown, disgustingly dirty hotel I have ever experienced. Screaming outside all night could barely sleep. The floors were disgusting. Could not take shoes off. The bathroom had mold all over. The air-conditioning unit was falling off the wall. We saw roaches in our room on several occasions."

"Beautiful gulf view! Friendliest staff! Anthony was a great welcome! Every staff member was always so nice! Pools were kept clean and so was the room! Handicap parking lot was a challenge. Regular parking across the street for everyone else. But wasn’t enforced. Would still highly recommend staying here!"

"The only real major complaint we had was the children / teenagers at the "Adults Only" pool. There was no enforcement by hotel staff and when this was a deciding factor for choosing this resort, it was very annoying. The beach access from the main hotel is quite a hike (across the resort, across the road, and then down the boardwalk to the beach. Food was excellent at the hotel restaurants. Alcohol was very over priced! But all in all it is a nice getaway. If you have a passport, do an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean where you aren't paying $18 per mixed drink."
