"I cannot say enough nice things about this property. I went for a mother daughter long weekend and everything was perfect. This location is very convenient from the airport and the positioning to all of the activities couldn’t be better. The private Beach was amazing. We only ate at the BeachWalk Cafe and that was great! Our hotel room was clean, the pools were beautiful. The only negative was that the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors very easily when they were loud. I would stay here again."

"Tv didn't work it would came on and go off! Sink molding cracked, the bathroom door won't lock the striker in wrong position. I will not book thru hotels.com again every time i do i get the worst rooms!! The bed was hard the covers were terrible.. the room location were the worst part. We took our 2 kids and our room was right by the bar and the mens restroom was right across the hall and the pool was at our balcony. So when the kids screaming stopped the drunken men started so we got 2 hours sleep at night and all our luggage was piled up against the doors because the kids were afraid the men were going to try to get in our room!! We haven't went on a vacation for 15 years our 9 year old had never been on one we were so excited. We thought we had this great location and room cost me 2 weeks pay, and it was the worst 😕. Now we probably won't go anywhere for another 10 years!! We got burnt!"

"Check in was very fast, maybe 3 minutes. Room, pool, and hot tub were all very clean and well maintained. Sandy areas were swept throughout the day. Parking underneath is limited, but there always was something available. This was also very convenient if you keep beach equipment in the car. You can pretty much park your car and walk to quite a few places close. Will definitely stay again."

"The staff and the beachfront were the best!! Every single person we interacted with was kind and helpful. The elevators were in need of repair and the WiFi was super slow. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will stay again! "

"Let me start by saying that I have stayed at this property at least 10 times over the last 20 years. This is the first time I have ever been unhappy about our stay here. We had 2 rooms and both of them were disgustingly dirty. There was sand in all 4 beds, black mold in both bathrooms and cockroaches in one of the rooms. The area by the pool was dirty and full of cigarette and cigar butts around the fire pit. Unless some serious changes are made, we will not return!"
